We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If you have questions about shipping to a specific location, please contact our customer service team.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that during peak seasons and promotional periods, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Methods and Rates

  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
  • Express Shipping (1-2 business days): Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount. The minimum order value for free shipping will be displayed at checkout and may vary based on promotions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress.

Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.

P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses

We ship to P.O. Boxes using USPS. Please note that expedited and express shipping options may not be available for P.O. Box addresses.

We proudly ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. Please allow additional time for delivery to these locations.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and items. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check with neighbors or household members
  • Look around the delivery location for a safe place the carrier may have left it
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly
  • Wait 24-48 hours as sometimes packages are marked as delivered prematurely

If you still cannot locate your package after taking these steps, please contact us and we will assist you.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We are working to expand our shipping capabilities and will update this policy when international shipping becomes available.

Customs and Import Duties

For any future international orders, customers will be responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs.

Order Splitting

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately. You will receive tracking information for each shipment. There is no additional charge for split shipments.

Holidays and Non-Business Days

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or the following holidays:

  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

Shipping Restrictions
